Ons bedrijf genaamd Maya – Ontwikkeling en Bouw is een vastgoedontwikkelingsbedrijf in eigendom van Ido Rone. Wij zijn al sinds 2017 actief in de bouwsector van Griekenland, waarbij we ons richten op twee belangrijke gebieden (rond Chalkidiki en rond Lefkada), waar we uitgebreide ervaring hebben en grote kennis hebben van de lokale regelgeving. Beide plekken zijn adembenemend mooi en trekken veel toeristen van zowel binnen als buiten Griekenland. Ons doel is om een hoogwaardige service te leveren, projectdeadlines te halen en op effectieve wijze samen te werken met plaatselijke bouwteams en autoriteiten.

Ons bedrijf heeft op deze locaties al diverse projecten vanaf de grond opgebouwd, zoals een prachtig hotel in een bestaand gebouwd dat helemaal is getransformeerd en dat momenteel nog steeds veel toeristen ontvangt.

Griekenland is een erg mooi land met schitterend turkooisblauw water, vriendelijke mensen, uitstekend eten en veel bezienswaardigheden. Daarnaast heeft Griekenland een zeer rijke culturele geschiedenis, met vele kloosters, prachtige archeologische vindplaatsen, en nog veel meer.

Ido managed our dream Greek project in Lefkada. The process of building in general was smooth and we felt we are in good hands all the way through. Ido was paying attention to all the details that were important to us, he was attentive and caring. Once the project was completed he was supportive and took responsibility even of the little faults that we encountered after the villa was ready. In general it was a pleasure to work with Ido.
